Master Services & Rental Agreement

1. Recitals & Purpose of Engagement

This Master Agreement is entered into between Future Millionaires LLC ("Operator / Company") and the participating client or account partner ("Client"). The Operator specializes in multi-channel e-commerce marketing, masterclass education, and TikTok Shop store operations.

2. TikTok Shop Rental Terms & 10% Net Profit Distribution

Where Client designates an eligible TikTok Shop Seller Account for agency operation:

• Monthly Net Profit Distribution: Client is entitled to receive exactly ten percent (10%) of the verifiable net profits generated by the designated store each calendar month.
• Calculation Methodology: Net Profit is defined as Gross Sales minus Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), TikTok platform transaction fees, returns/refunds, and direct advertising expenditures.
• Payment Schedule & Methods: Payouts shall be disbursed on or before the fifth (5th) business day of each succeeding month via Zelle, Cash App, wire, or agreed alternative payment methods.

3. Dedicated CPA Structuring & Tax Accountability Clause

To ensure proper accounting and transparent tax administration:

• 100% Filing Fee Paid by FM: Future Millionaires engages a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm and assumes full responsibility for paying all accounting and tax filing preparation fees on behalf of the store operations.
• Client Tax Responsibility: Client is solely accountable for reporting and paying any personal income taxes owed on their individual 10% net profit share.
• End-of-Year Documentation: Client will receive a prepared Form 1099 or equivalent summary ready for individual income declaration.

4. $100 Referral Incentive Program

Any registered partner who refers a new participant resulting in an activated TikTok Shop rental store shall receive a one-time referral fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00 USD) paid via Zelle or Cash App. This reward is payable upon the referred store completing its initial month of live operational sales and first profit distribution cycle.

5. Confidentiality & Proprietary Information

All training modules, product research methodologies, supplier relationships, Discord masterclass recordings, and operational scripts provided by Future Millionaires are proprietary and protected under intellectual property statutes.
